BraAll purchasers of L’AMOUR SAUVAGE products have 14 days to return said unopened and unworn products from the day which said product is delivered for a full refund.
L’AMOUR SAUVAGE, however, does not accept returns for products whose boxes have been opened or products have been used.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

STEP 1- Confirm Eligibility
CANADA: This information applies ONLY to L’AMOUR SAUVAGE products purchased in Canada. Check your date of purchase. Our products have 14 days to return in the same condition that you received them. If your product was purchased more than 14 days, you are not eligible for a return.
INTERNATIONAL: products purchased OUTSIDE of Canada, International Returns: Please email us with order information prior to your return.

- Please note that for international orders, we operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. If an order is returned due to unpaid duty or rejected by the receiver and you wish for a refund, we will deduct a CAD$10 to CAD$15 processing fee from your refund (except for cases where the customer ships the return back by themselves).
STEP 2: Request a Return Authorization
All requests for a refund or return MUST be preauthorized by L’AMOUR SAUVAGE Any returns without authorization will NOT be refunded. Please email contact@monyeco.com with the following information to start the return process. Note that the customer will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, as well as coordinating return shipping logistics with the carrier.
